Bitterness turning sweet

The golden infusion is bold, clean and bright. Floral notes and honeyed sweetness meet a refreshing bitterness.

The bitterness quickly gives way to returning sweetness, with a long finish and a cooling sensation in the throat.

Leaf and craft

Jingmai's March 2025 leaf

Ancient Yunnan large-leaf trees on Jingmai Mountain supplied the material. Picking took one bud with two or three leaves during Moychay's March 2025 tour.

Sun-withering, pan-frying, rolling and sun-drying preserve the raw pu-erh style.

Brief steeps with hot water

Use 7–8 g in a gaiwan with water at 98–100°C. Start at 5–10 seconds and extend later infusions.
