At the tea table
Fine ribs and concentric wave patterns make up the top. The openings between them let rinse water pass through while a pot, gaiwan and cups sit above.
The low rectangular form and raised rim define the brewing area. Its smooth white finish keeps the vessels easy to see.
After the last pour
Rinse away tea residue when you finish and wipe the tray dry.
