A closer look
The central fish decoration gives this tray its name: Nian Nian You Yu refers to abundance year after year.
Light wood and metal corner fittings surround the slatted surface. Raised legs leave room for the steel drawer beneath.
After the last pour
Use the top to arrange the brewing vessels while rinse water collects in the drawer. Remove the drawer to empty it after the session.
Wipe the wood dry and keep standing water away from the fittings.
