Guria's SH-03 experiment

Guria is the province where Moychay's Georgian factory is located. This SH-03 batch was made in Ozurgeti in summer 2024.

Sergey Shevelev developed the method during the factory's seasonal experiments.

The material is one bud with two or three leaves, processed with partial regular and partial vacuum fermentation.
