Leaf and craft
Jin Xuan grows in the highlands around Sanming, Fujian. The April pluck is one bud with two leaves.
Sun-withering and indoor airing precede pan-firing, rolling and drying.
First brew
Use 7 g per 150 ml at 90–95°C, beginning at about 10 seconds and extending later steeps.
For cold brewing, use 3 g per 300 ml of mineral water for around 40 minutes.
