A soft body and mellow sweetness lead into a clean, persistent aromatic finish.
Leaf and craft
The tea grows around Sanming in Fujian. Leafhopper interaction contributes to the honeyed and fruity character.
Withering and tossing lead into 60–80% oxidation, followed by fixation, rolling and slow drying.
First brew
Use 7 g per 150 ml at 95°C. Begin with 10 seconds, then about 15 seconds for the second infusion, increasing thereafter.
For cold brewing, use 3 g per 300 ml of mineral water for around 40 minutes.
