Hand-picked material comes from ancient trees in Pasha Village, Menghai, Yunnan. The pluck is one bud with three leaves.

Wilting, pan-firing, rolling, sun-drying and fermentation form the production sequence.

Rinse, then start at a few seconds

Use 8–10 g per 150 ml with water at 90–100°C. Give the leaves a quick rinse.
