Pemeri, named for the farmers

Pemeri was named to honour the Ozurgeti tea farmers and pickers who supply the factory through the season.

The tea was handcrafted in Ozurgeti in summer 2024, as part of Sergey Shevelev's processing experiments.

One bud with two or three leaves makes up the material. Regular and vacuum fermentation are used together.
