Leaf and craft
The tea comes from Wuyishan in Fujian. Hua xiang means floral aroma.
Controlled shaking and oxidation develop the fragrance; roasting finishes the Wuyi rock-tea profile.
First brew
Use 7 g per 150 ml in a gaiwan or Yixing teapot. Start with 5–10 seconds at 95°C, then increase the infusion time.
