Fresh pomelo blossoms from Pinghe scent the tea in two cycles, followed by baking, flower removal and refinement.
First brew
For cold brewing, use 3 g per 300 ml of mineral water and steep for around 40 minutes.
For hot infusions, the consistent guidance is 95°C and a 10-second opening steep, increasing the time later.
