First brew

One pot, three comparisons

For a larger cup, use 3–5 g per 250 ml with water at 90–95°C. Steep for 2–3 minutes.

For gongfu brewing, the set guidance gives 5–7 g per 100 ml and a first infusion of 15–30 seconds. Extend later infusions to taste.
