In the cup

Berries over a smoky-wood base

Wet leaves smell of blueberry, red currant and cranberry. Those berry notes carry into a thick, smooth infusion with a smoky-woody undertone.

Sweetness, acidity and bitterness balance the cup. Longer, stronger infusions bring out the rustic, earthy side; the source also describes lychee, mangosteen and cardamom in the aroma.
